1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of GoLimo.co, a modern limo dispatch platform operated by TRSERVICE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), serving the United States with a focus on Illinois. By accessing or using our website and services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
GoLimo.co provides a platform for coordinating limousine and transportation dispatch: managing rides, assigning drivers to customers, organizing groups, and facilitating communication between drivers, customers, and administrators. The Service may include account verification (e.g., via phone and email OTP), geolocation and maps for rides, and optional mobile (push) notifications. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for other reasons we deem necessary.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others or to send spam or unsolicited messages.
- Scrape, copy, or resell the Service or any data from the Service without our written permission.
We may take action, including suspending or terminating your account, if we believe you have violated these rules.
5. User Content and Communications
Users may communicate with each other and submit content (e.g., ride details, messages) through the platform. You are responsible for your own content and communications. We do not control the content of user-to-user communications and are not responsible for it. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to operate and improve the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
“As is” service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
No responsibility for user conduct or outcomes. We are not responsible for whatever occurs between or among users on the platform or as a result of using the Service. Any disputes or issues arising from interactions between users, rides, or third parties are between the parties involved. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any ride or user conduct.
Mobile notifications. We allow users to subscribe to mobile (push) notifications. We are not responsible for the content or functionality of those notifications, including delivery, timing, or accuracy.
7. Communications and Opt-Out
Transactional SMS. By registering for an account and providing a mobile number at https://drivebetter.co/register, you consent to receive transactional text messages from GoLimo.co as described in our Privacy Policy (including security codes, password reset, driver dispatch notifications, and trip status updates). These messages are not marketing. We use Twilio, Inc. as a telecommunications provider to deliver SMS; Twilio does not use your number for its own marketing in connection with our service. You may opt out of non-essential communications in the following ways:
- In your account: Log in and go to Account → Preferences. There you can turn off email notifications, phone/SMS notifications, and app (push) notifications. These toggles apply only to non-essential messages (e.g. ride updates). They do not affect messages we are required to send for security or account access.
- SMS / opt-out: To opt out of non-essential SMS, email admin@drivebetter.co or call +19549554164 . If you wish to be removed from a distribution list or are not a registered user, contact us with the phone number or email to remove. We will process requests after you clearly identify the contact information to update.
You cannot opt out of one-time codes (OTP), password reset, or account verification messages sent by email or SMS while you are using those features—we send them only when you request them (e.g. sign-in, verification, or reset). They are not sent unsolicited, and they are not subject to the preferences above.
8. Support and Contact
If you have any issues, disputes, or concerns—whether you are a user or not—you must raise a support request and contact us. For all platform and support matters, contact: admin@drivebetter.co. We do not guarantee a particular response time but will use reasonable efforts to address valid inquiries.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRSERVICE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRSERVICE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content or communications, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive termination.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14. General
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TRSERVICE LLC regarding the Service.
